Employment at DutchCare It is DutchCare policy to employ qualified Dutch speaking staff where possible and to increase or maintain their level of competence through training courses and seminars. the salary ranges for all staff until September 2005 Salary Packaging -DutchCare has an agreement with
staff that entitles all staff who work more than 38 hours or 5 shifts
per fortnight to salary
packaging thereby having the ability of earning an additional $15000
tax free – this gives those employees additional take home wages
that make it more attractive to work at DutchCare.
